Release Approved but somethings wrong

Why has my release been approved but the release is not being distributed to the stores?

This is really confusing and worrying. I've already reached out to the CD Baby's Support Team and still waiting for a reply which is unusual because usually in my experience, they reply fast (within 24-48hrs). but now the support team is nowhere to be found
