WTF is this ban for?

I've been playing since the very first day of the game release, never have I ever had any issues so far and been playing on gameloop only with occasional switches to mobile just to buy CP, today when I tried logging in and I got this fkng message, what fkng behavior I violated? ?? How can I contact support?
