I think I tore it again

Thursday, I was in school as a physio student and was laying on a physio bed for my fellow students to practice on me. I was asked to turn to my side while laying down on my back. I hooked my heel into the bed and turned my body over to the side and immediately felt something off. It wasn't like a burning sensation, but like some clicking. It's hard to explain, cause wasn't the regular crepitations.

Then I stood up and could feel sharp pain in my medial knee area, where I previously felt the pain when I had the injury in the first place.

I'm so frustrated right now. Got an appointment on Tuesday to see my surgeon and probably to book an appointment for MRI.

What do you guys think? Also, if you can help with positive stories of comeback after anything similar, I'm welcoming it. I need hope right now. I'm pretty depressed.
