Help pls! New monstera mom

Hey y’all! I got gifted a monstera cutting a while ago from a friend. I propagated it and replanted it and since then it’s grown a few new leaves. I am just not sure what to do with it now because she is kind of bending a bit and looks a little crazy. She also has something wrong with one of her leaves and I’m not sure what it is. Any help and advice would be appreciated!! I have no idea what I’m doing haha
