Things happening that make my ocd feel real

So I have been obsessing for over a year now that I am time lapsing and withing that period I am unconscious and people are doing bad things to me. It got worse recently. One time I went for a walk which would normally take 5-7 minutes but when I was done with the walk 17 minutes had passed. I feel like I mistook 6:38 for 6:28 but my anxiety is telling me otherwise. Any other person dealing with unproven evidences that make their ocd obsessions feel real?
