I look like I don’t lift
So I’ve been lifting for about 1.5 years and I look almost exactly the same as when I first started. I’m 5’4 around 155 lbs which I know is on the heavier side but I’ve seen girls that were my size and even thicker and they’re still much more leaner than I am and they look visibly fit. I workout about 4x a week, upper/lower split and I try to increase my lifts every few weeks or so. My diet hasn’t been the cleanest but I’m working on that this year. I eat a decent amount of protein most days but I don’t track religiously. Seems like I would’ve seen some progress by now but here I am.
