Switch Joy Con stick drift

Trying to use my joy cons as a pair. I connect them no issue and I’m able to pair them but the stick drift is terrible. Works fine on my Switch. I disconnected and reconnected them and seem to work for a moment until I restarted my steam deck. Is there an easy way to calibrate them?
