Weird rank games

I have a question for the guys who are stuck in silver. Do you ever get games where your teammates are just a mix of bronze 2 and irons? Do you ever get annoyed by it especially on defense because they struggle to hold their site and now you have to play retake everytime and no matter how many kills you get you still lose
