Father gave half of GI Bill to brother, who now has decided he doesn't want to go to college.

Is there anything we can do? Post title is pretty self explanatory, my dad gave half of his benefits to me and the other half to my brother so that we could pursue a college education.

He has now decided that he does not want to go to college, or even trade school (he is dead set on his DOA internet career, oh boy) and thus half of those benefits have been essentially wasted.

Is there any way we can have those benefits transferred back? My dad is understandably disappointed and pissed because the only thing his decision has done is waste 15 years of my dad's service and shafted me from further education without copious amounts of loan money.
