Recommend me a monitor - 27" 1440p, 144hz, $150-$250 budget range

Anyone have a recommendation with something they're extremely happy with? If it's 165hz I'd be okay with that too.

If it helps, I’m using an AMD Radeon RX 6800. I was looking at the Dell G2724D, but unfortunately they just discontinued sale of it. Was going to pull the trigger on it as soon as I got paid but now I can’t. Any help is greatly appreciated!
