How is your guild doing with the switch from 10 raiders to 20?
I'm curious how smoothly this has gone for other guilds out there. I see a lot of "partial guild runs" looking for ~10 people in lfg chat.
My guild planned to merge with another guild, but then all but 2 members of their guild quit while leveling in phase 3. Next we merged with another guild, it seemed like a good fit.
But 2-3 of our people have to go to bed at midnight. 2-3 of their people can't get on until 11pm. If ST were only a 30-60 minute raid 11pm would work, but we're not there yet. So then we have to consider raiding multiple nights for 1hr each, but we haven't found a 2nd day/time that works for everyone either, as evidently our 2nd/3rd raid nights don't align between the two guilds.
This is throwing me back to thinking about the start of TBC where that guild went from a 40man raid to a 10man raid and the scheduling/organizing nightmare that came from it. This isn't the part of classic I wanted to revisit!
