NAMESAKE: Metallica song of the same name

LOCALIZATION: [Bad Luck Clover]

ABILITY: If target is touched by the stand, a clover stamp will appear on the targets forrhead and they will experience 'bad luck' until stand user calls it off, is defeated, or target leaves the stand's range (10 meters/32 feet). Joel can also inflict herself with this ability.

I can't really articulate why, but N.L.C. is definitely my favorite fanstand that I've made, even if it's nothing special. A bad luck stand is extremely vague but I think in battle it's versatile and can absolutely lead to JoJo shenanigans lol.

This JoJo actually comes in a set of twins but I didn't feel like drawing the other one so you get one for now (hopefully more in the future). N.L.C. is the one stand I can never figure out the right design for, I have dozens of different design sketches but none of them really felt right until this one, and even then I feel like it needs more. If I was a more patient artist I would give her more details but I'm not so please enjoy this slightly underbaked stand.
