I need help with my tactics, don’t want to loose the love of my life

I'm having a bit of a problem with my tactics and I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I've just become coach at Palace, but the results from the first few games are unfortunately quite sobering. My record transfer is the only man I've ever loved, Jason Van Duiven, my foster son who I first laid eyes on at psv and I don't want to lose him.
