Joel's discarded girlfriend?

So, I finally got my hands on the Remake of Part 1 (I got the PS5 three or four months ago) and I don't particularly remember if this optional dialogue existed in the Remaster/Original PS3, but the fact is that here this completely random woman flirts with Joel.

It's old news that Joel was originally going to have a girlfriend in Part 2, so I wonder if the idea was previously stipulated here, back in the distant years of 2013 and 2014.

I don't know if there's any confirmation about this, but I wanted to share the fun fact.
