Just took my first dose today (0.25). My doctor gave me an Rx for 0.25 and 0.5 and told me I can titrate up however I want. I’m wanting to increase as quickly as possible and get to 2.5. How quickly have you increased and what’s your current dose?

How do y’all calm your dogs down? This Labx gal is almost seven months old. The groomer has called her “wild and insane,” the vet has renamed her “crack head.” She’s currently in a two-week board and train program where they’ve listed her demeanor as “Who gave this dog coffee?!” (more in body)

I’ve recently been diagnosed with OCPD and my life suddenly makes SO MUCH sense, especially my work life. That said, OCPD has had lots of negative impact on my work life. How have you managed? What tips and recommendations do you have on managing my OCPD in the workplace?
