How do you guys deal with flashbacks?
Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is rarely discussed in public forums, even though healthy connection to others is an integral part of healing. This is a peer support community for those who have undergone prolonged trauma and came out the other side alive and kicking, but with wounds that need tending. This is also a place for friends and family of the victims to come for support.
Control
Anorexia Nervosa is a real, serious illness that affects thousands upon millions of people daily. The people that have this illness are not attention seekers, they are not dare devils, and telling us to "just eat" is not helpful in any way shape of form. This is a safe place for those with this illness, and for those that are in recovery. Violating this safe place will end up as a permeant, unappealable ban. This is your warning.

Sometimes we need to be heard, let's build a community that's safe for all. Threats/Bullying/Harassment/Derogatory comments are not permitted, this is a safe space.
