27 Male left in the moobs for clinical context. Symptoms started in my chest in January, Swelling was there by February, Accompanied with a sudden intense pain again in my left shoulder blade. Extensive labs/imaging only show elevated WBC (13.4) CRP of (1.5) ESR of 30. Throat tightness and fat tissu
