Made fourth batch of dough yesterday, slowly getting to grips with making Ne York inspired dough in the home oven, first time using new pizza steel which makes base a lot crispier! Leftover ragu pizza, and then Chorizo & Jalapeno, finding it difficult to find good mozzarella in the UK!
