Shouldn't Arcane Shield absorb 20 dmg again instead of 15? And shouldn't Magic Staff get its higher magic damage back? The cool off-meta became even weaker because of all that. Meanwhile meta didn't suffer anything from that.

I've created the +100k gold Barb build I always wanted to do. I shall call it... "Immortal Sovereign". It is slow and has no damage perks but high PDR+MDR with huge HP+magical healing and true damage counters (War Cry, Savage Roar) make up for the lack of speed. Stats and equipment on other panels!
